There are various of organs in our body that helps us to stay alive and to survive . So these all were discovered by different scientists at different times . Initially , they used to do so only with the outside physical appearance and by guessing . Some of those also used some theories or old books to do so .
But today we have all type of advanced technology in our medical science . So we know complete details about almost every body part . There are still some systems that are completely not understood by the science . So if I ask you that which is the most undiscovered part of body , what will you answer ? 
Anyway the answer will be : our mind . Even you will be shocked after knowing that the most of the brain is still could not be understood . And the reason behind it is : subconscious mind . The subconscious mind power is really incredible . The most of the works we do are automated by this part of mind . This is also the reason of habits , not doesn't matter that how is that habit : good or bad . But this is responsible for this . Besides heart beat , blood flow in the body , paralyze of the body automatically while sleeping etc. all works are hosted by the subconscious mind . And the most mind blowing fact about this is that the subconscious mind is 1 million times faster than the conscious one . That's why we can not forget some good or bad moments of life and the reason is that they are now added to subconscious mind . The conscious part of our mind can not remember anything forever but it can . So when we think continuously about anything  , or conscious mind send it to the subconscious part for remember it forever . Now you can guess the subconscious mind power . And this is only a intro , complete film is yet to come . So today in this article we will talk about the subconscious mind power . So first of all we will went through the basic functions of mind and then we will talk about subconscious mind and it's powers . 1. Human brain (mind)

So as you may know that all the works we do are happening with the commands of our mind . Whatever possible thing we think , our mind commands the body to do it . If we do not have any interest in doing that work , it is also just because of the brain . If we feel lazy while working , it is also the mistake of mind . Even the pain that our body parts feel is also being feel just because of mind and neurons . Thus we can call the mind as the manager of the body . 
But what is the most basic cell of brain and how does it works ? What is the way of working and what is the capacity of mind ? These all questions will be answered in this article . So let's start with the most basic .

2. Part of brain

There are basically so many parts of brain but we are here to discuss about the unconscious mind power , so We will assume that there are two parts of brain . One is conscious mind that is considered as main part of mind . It helps us to think that what should we do and what should we not do . But the another one is the Subconscious mind and it's powers are really incredible . So there is not so much information about this because it is full of mysteries . So first talk about each one . But the role of these both parts of mind is like this iceberg .

The conscious mind is like the upper part that looks like the whole but the bottom part is subconscious mind that does not looks but it is stronger than the conscious one . And the subconscious mind power is 1million times faster than the conscious one . 

3. The conscious mind 

So as you have read that it is the first and superficial part of brain . Basically it work as we want and our body works as it want . Moving the body parts , walking , eating and some other works are in the control of this . So in short we can say that it do only optional works in the body and also some part of these works are managed by the subconscious mind powers

So now the moment has came you are waiting for . Now we are gonna talk about some weird facts and powers of subconscious mind . So as I told you above that the subconscious mind power is like the bottom part of iceberg that does not appear but matters the most .

Now let's talk about the functions of this . Basically it manages the involuntary actions in the body . 

ⅰ) The functions of subconscious mind

The most basic and important functions of subconscious mind power are these :
  • The Subconscious mind controls and manage the beating of heart . You will never see your heart beating in a uncertain frequency . It will always beat 70-72 times in a minute . If subconscious mind would not control it , then we always would have to remember to beat our heart . This shows the subconscious mind power .
  • This part of mind control our breathing . When we run or do a high energy burning work , we always breaths long . We don't think to do so , but our subconscious mind make us do this automatically . We never remember to breath but we still we never stop breathing . It is just because of our subconscious mind .
  • Whenever we face a emergency situation , some works like sweating , increased heart beat and fast blood flow automatically happens , this is called fight or flight situation and the subconscious mind is fully responsible for this . In such a condition , we perform very unusual and it helps us to survive that tough situation .

So these were some most basic functions of Subconscious mind power . Now we will discuss some other important works that it makes possible .

5. Subconscious mind and habit

Basically , as I told you in the beginning of the article that subconscious mind is also responsible for habits . These habits can be good or bad .so now we will try to understand the process of making a habit . 
Basically when we do a work , it is certain that either we will enjoy it or not . So when we enjoy something at a time , our mind consider it beneficial and joyful . If we go in deep , this work release the hormone called Dopamine that makes us feel pleasure . This is the hormone that gives us a kind of reward in exchange of doing something . Our mind releases this in every work we do , but it's quantity is different with works . When we do something and our mind does not release a sufficient quantity of dopamine , we feel that work boring and do not want to do it again . For example , most of the people don't like studying and the reason is that our mind do not release dopamine .
While there are also some works that gives us a bunch of joy and we are always excited to do these works . So while doing these works , our mind releases more dopamine that the boring one and that's why we love some works . It happens with the most of persons while playing , eating or masturbating etc. So this all is the game of dopamine . But we can change it by a process called Dopamine detox .

Anyway , back to the topic : but the cause of a habit is our subconscious mind . Now try to understand the process.
As I told you above that when our mind get a stroke of dopamine hormone by a work , then it wants to do it again . And when we do a work again and again , then our mind sends it to the Subconscious mind for keep it always remember .
But here is also a problem that our subconscious mind does not see that is this habit good or bad ? It just save it and treat as other body function and at the daily routine time of doing that work , it will always make us remember to do that work . So this was the science behind habit . now let's talk that how to make or leave a habit using Subconscious mind power .

ⅰ) How to make a habit 

So this will be very helpful for my some friends who are suffering for making a habit but still unable to do so . So here I am with the scientifically proved and interesting method to make a habit .
So as you have read above that our mind releases a hormone called dopamine that gives us the reward of our work . In most of the cases , the reason of being unsuccessful in making a habit is the low releasing quantity of the dopamine . It means we must have to increase the quantity of releasing dopamine for making a habit . And it will be possible only if we leave a habit . So the releasing dopamine in that habit will be replaced by the new one . For this , you only need to avoid your favorite and high dopamine releasing works to make the new habit . And within few days with the subconscious mind power , you will realize that your interest and level of dopamine is increasing in that new and boring habit . In a few days , your conscious mind will sort it in the list high dopamine releasing works and within a week , it will send it to the Subconscious mind . And as you know about the subconscious mind power , it will always make you remember to do that particular work at the particular time . So that was it , now let's talk about making a habit .

ⅱ) How to leave a habit

Just a few seconds ago , we discussed about making a habit and now we are talking about how to leave a habit . If you want so , then definitely it would be a bad habit like smoking or drinking or any kind of addiction . Basically , it is little same with the upper topic . But here you will need to replace your dopamine releasing work or habit with a new one by using Subconscious mind power . So you have to decrease the quantity or the time of habit and increase the newer one's . But read carefully , you have to do this slowly or day by day . As you know that the quantity of releasing dopamine in your mind is always certain . So by doing the following tip , the releasing dopamine in the old habit will now release during the newer one . And within few weeks , you will find that the newer habit is being joyful with time while the old habit is being boring . 
Thus , you can leave or make any habit and can change your life . Besides , the reviews of this tricks are really mind blowing . 9 out of every 10 persons who tried this with instructions had appreciated it and said that : it works . And this all is just because of the subconscious mind power . This is one of my personal favorite laws . But some persons do not accept it's efficiency . The law of attraction is also based upon subconscious mind powers and our will power . Basically the law of attraction says that : when you love or want something or a person very much , then the nature also helps you to achieve that . Means , that thing or person also attracts towards you . And the only thing you have to do this is focus . Just think all the time about your goal and when you do so , our conscious mind sends it to the subconscious mind . Once a thing went in this part of mind , then no power of the universe can stop you to achieve it . So when it goes in the subconscious mind , our mind automatically commands the body to achieve that in any situation . Then it will treat it as a important process of body like heart beating . It will compel the body to achieve it . That's why we never miss a early morning train for a travel or very important work like interview . We woke up even without any alarm . This all is the game of law of attraction and subconscious mind power . Now we will discuss about some facts and myths regarding the law of attraction - 
  • Some people says that it is just a theory but even the most successful persons in the world tried this and reviewed this 10 out of 10 . So  it is just a myth that it does not works .
  • But there is a proper manner to grow with this . Only thinking about the goal is not enough . You also have to effort for what you want . It is just a mind hack that increases the subconscious mind power .
  • It only can do the possible works . For example if someone wants to become millionaire , he can be by his efforts and law of attraction because it is possible and realistic but if someone is expecting to get a diamond in dustbin with the help of law of attraction , then it is impossible and unrealistic . So works like this can not be done by the law of attraction .
so these were some myths and facts about the law of attraction . These all are scientifically and practically proved .

7. The 17 seconds rule

As you have read above about the subconscious mind power and law of attraction , you can guess that about which thing this rule is . So basically it is a combined rule of law of attraction and Subconscious mind power
According to this rule : If you think about a particular thing or person or any situation that you want to attract in your life , just think 17 second about this with all your focus . Read carefully " with all your focus " means you do not have to think about anything other while these 17 second . It will take time to do so but once you have done this , whatever you wanted will come more close to you in your life . But it needs practice to focus for continuously 17 seconds to activate this rule in your real life .

So you should try to do meditation for 10 minutes every morning . Then , after 2-3 weeks you will be able to focus for 17 seconds and attract that thing in your life . But as I told you above that it also needs a little effort to achieve that thing Using subconscious mind power . It only can make it easy to achieve that by increasing your focus on your goal . There is nothing magical in this .
But according to the theorists , this 17 seconds rule can increase your subconscious mind power by 100 times .
The science behind this is that when we think continuously till 17 seconds ,  that thought will come to it's combustion point and you power of subconscious mind will increase by 100 times than usual . It is just like a magnifying glass that concentrates the sun light on a point of paper and after some time , that paper starts burning . This shows that thinking till 17 seconds increase the power of that thought like a fire . 
And the greatest motivational speaker of America : Abraham Hicks also says that it works .
But some people will demand for proof . So my friends , what are you losing only by trying . What is the problem in doing a try ? And if you still don't believe it , you are about to lose very important chance of your life . Basically , I gathered these for those who don't believe in the law of attraction . Now You will read some thoughts of the most enlightened person of the history on law of attraction . So here are some of them 
  1. You yourself are the creator of the life that you are living . This life is the result of your past thoughts .
  2. All that we are is the result of what we have thought . 
  3. It is founded on our thoughts and made up of our thoughts .
  4. It is wrong to think that misfortune comes from the east or west , it origins from one's own mind and thoughts .
  5. He is able who thinks that he is able.
  6. What we are today is the result of our thoughts of yesterday and our thoughts of today will decide our future .
So these were some views of Gautam Buddha on the law of attraction and subconscious mind power . He clearly told that we are the result of our thoughts .

9. Stages of 17 second rule

So as I told you that you just need to think about the goal with all your focus for 17 second . Then a doubt may come in your mind that what will happen if we focus on the goal for more than 17 seconds . So there are some decided stages of this and there is a different effect of every stage . The Subconscious mind power will increase with the time of focus . So there are four stages for this rule -
First , As you have read above that when you will think about the goal for 17 seconds continuously , then you will be able to attract that thing or person or situation in your life .
Second , When you focus more 17 seconds means total 34 seconds continuously , then your level of Subconscious mind power will increase more . You will feel more confident to achieve that goal in your life .
Third , And when you will complete these 34 seconds , try to focus more 17 seconds ,means continuously focus for 51 seconds . In this stage , that thing , person or situation will also start attracting towards you and you will come more closer to it .
Forth , It is the ultimate stage of this 17 seconds rule . In this stage you have to focus continuously for more 17 seconds means 68 seconds And the result seems magical .  You will found that the thing is also being attracted towards you . You will able to feel that person or goal coming towards you . You will feel a different level of energy . 
Thus there are four stages of the 17 seconds rule to achieve something using the Subconscious mind power . These all are scientifically proved and if someone is still not believing in law of attraction , I can not do anything for him . 

10. Conclusion

I don't force anyone to follow this principle but I will recommend everybody who is reading this to at least to try this . You also know that you will not lose anything in this . Maximum 10 minutes everyday are enough for this . Even Gautam Buddha also supported this . This is a way to achieve your goals using subconscious mind power . There is no magic in this , this only help you to focus on your goal with more accuracy but this accuracy is really amazing . Even you yourself will not believe that you can do a hard task by using this .
Personally , I am also using and trying this . I am at the second stage of the 17 second rule and personally noticing a lots of changes in myself . This article and the website are also the results of this law . You can also change your life by using your subconscious mind power .
